Condor Ferries welcomes hundreds of groups on board its services every year. Group travel is a key part of the company’s business, with a wide range of incentives and initiatives to ensure passengers and tour operators have every confidence in returning time and again.
Group bookings receive 10% off direct fares, with allocated seating arranged at the time of booking, keeping couples and parties together. Further discounts are available depending on group size and type of trip – a reduction of 50% is available on day trips from groups of 10 or more foot passengers on any sailing.
Group travel organisers can now book sailings for any time up to March 2015, offering the opportunity to plan well in advance, and take advantage of being able to book at this year’s prices for future trips.
Graham Hopcraft, Group Sales Manager at Condor Ferries, commented: “The Channel Islands are a fantastic destination for group travel, with a wealth of attractions and fascinating history to explore, alongside beautiful scenery and sandy beaches – there really is something for everyone. Travelling by ferry is a great way for groups to get around, from our dedicated group bookings service offering help and advice, right through to reserved seating that allows the whole group to sit together during the crossing.
“Our latest schedule allows groups to book travel at any time up to March 2015 – a great incentive for larger groups and tour operators, as they are able to book next year’s travel at this year’s prices. We hope to see this trend continue as the season progresses.”
